Roles and Responsibilties :
Proficient in developing new markets, managing sales operations.
Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals for FMCG product
Responsible for identification and appointment of distributors in the assigned territory.
Responsible for managing the distribution & channel network (Primary sale / Secondary sale / Scheme roll outs / Pay-outs)
Ensure stock placements at defined channel and ensure healthy payment cycle at distributor level including payout closure in timely manner to distributor and channel
Monitoring ROI on quarterly basis + additional schemes to increase business
Maintaining ageing analysis and feedback for slow moving and fast moving SKUs
Defining annual distribution sales targets, distributor-wise and/or territory-wise.
Would be responsible for devising business policies for distribution channel for sale and sale return for the defective and non-moving SKUs.
Fully responsible to be in the field independently to interact with potential clients and drive sales.
Tie up with online channels for increasing sales revenue.
Develop strong relationships with channels and mediators.
Knowledge of institutional sales and experience of modern trade would be an added advantage

3-7 years of relevant experience into sales and distribution of FMCG products
