Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :
Well versed with arranging meetings, keeping schedules, maintaining client database.
Manage Travel Arrangements for the MD.
Manage external and internal communication.
Prepare minutes of the meeting conducted.
Carry out Product and Company Research.
Analyze and present data to enable decision making.
Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working.
Establish rapport with key people in the organization and consultants to the company.
Understand growth targets of the company
Assist MD in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews.
Candidates from Financial backgrounds are also preferred.

Desired Candidate Skills :

Good typing speed and preferably shorthand.
Excellent communication skills.
Good command over MS-Office, and MS-Outlook.
Ability to Multi task without getting stressed.

Experience : 2-8 years relevant
